Geometry is not a completely seperate math from algebra that is just a bad rumor. You will NEED algebra skills to succeed in this course. Thus, you will be assessed on your mastery of algebra to ensure your ability to pass this class. Algebra is a tool that will be needed on a daily basis, so you will need to have it readily availiable.

 Straightedge and compass only please! 
	    This will most likely be the hardet part of the chapter. You will be asked to "construct" various geometric figures using only a straightedge and compass, such as a parallel line to a given line through a given point.
