About the program
To the PLUS program of Mission Hills High School. We are a new program established March of 2006 that has a purpose of uniting all students by shedding light on difficult topics, finding possible solutions, and encouraging others to make positive change. Heavily based upon the success of the Murrieta Valley program led by John Vandenburgh, we at Mission Hills hope to build a leader group driven to counter the influence that alcohol, drugs, violence, racism, and hate has on our youth. It has been shown that Peer Groups have the most impact within the youth community and PLUS is a well structured, well planned program to create those necessary positive peer leaders.
